LANSING, J. Defendant-appellant Ray Marvin Nichols was found guilty of robbery and second degree burglary for robbing a Boise bank in
January 1992. He appeals the conviction, asserting that it was error for the district court to allow testimony linking Nichols
to a similar robbery occurring in Fairbanks, Alaska thirteen days prior to the Boise robbery. We find no error in admission
of the testimony and, therefore, affirm.
